ANNIE BYRNE
With over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, Annie has traveled extensively as a public speaker and consultant to faith-based organizations. Annie has an MSW from Wayne State and is an ordained minister. Through her years of leadership she garnered extensive experience with startups in the faith-based world. Annie understands what it takes to lead, grow, and develop a long standing organization of impact. By focusing on the big picture, while understanding the need for micro-adjustments, Annie has been able to support church leadership and NGO’s to see them scale their organizations to successfully achieve their mission and vision.
JAMES NICHOLS
James is an entrepreneur, business owner, and experienced musician. James has owned his digital consulting company, Digmshift Group, since April 2010, successfully leading projects for clientele from national brands like Coca-Cola and Under Armor, to local shops in the Detroit area. Prior to owning his company, James held jobs as a Sales Associate, HVAC installer, Technical Director of a large church, and trainer for a company specializing in portable church A/V equipment, leading training for hundreds of churches across America. James has been heavily involved in music his entire life, from classical training at the age of 3, owning and operating a successful recording studio in Nashville, and working with award-winning international Christian music artists in various capacities. He is passionate about the church becoming the leader of innovation and creativity in the world, and has a focus on doing things with excellence backed by his extensive experience.
AMY ROGERS
Amy started in ministry at age 14, leading small groups and preaching in her youth ministry. After receiving her Associate degree from Rochester College, Amy attended ministry school at Great Lakes School of Supernatural Ministry. Following graduation, she moved to Nicaragua as a missionary, working with feeding programs and street ministry. Returning back to the states, Amy worked with an international missions organization, planning and leading teams of missionaries to various countries. Through these years of mission experience, Amy developed and grew in preaching and teaching. In addition, Amy worked as a Production Director at a local mega-church, as well as various tech and production positions throughout her years of experience. In 2015, Amy joined Momentum Ministries and continued to preach throughout the US.
NICOLE URBANIK
Nicole brings a standard of excellence and passion from years of church and ministry experience. For the past 6 years Nicole has been in full time ministry and has traveled around the world with Momentum Ministries as the event director and Executive Administrator. Outside of ministry Nicole owns a successful wedding planning business where she plans and executes weddings from the beginning stages to the wedding day. With her husband Wes, they also own a real estate investment company investing and flipping houses in the Metro-Detroit area.
SAMUEL HOOK
Samuel Hook has a BA in Public Policy and Administration from California State University Bakersfield, and has assisted government and local agencies in developing systems and policies that have helped improve the life of local citizens. Samuel has worked in ministry for over a decade and has created and/or led a multitude of teams and ministries. He oversaw the administration of his first home church in Bakersfield for four years, and created curriculum for and taught classes for an additional three years. He was the outreach director at the Garden School of Kingdom Ministry and has seen hundreds of miracles and healings over the course of his life. He plans to continue his education and eventually obtain a doctorate in a ministerial context.
